Have seen healer get kicked more than any other job in pvp lol. While from personal experience Ive learned just not to expect cures at all and just dismiss it from mind (not being critical, just the nature of things) I'll be the 1st to admit healer's probably the most thankless job possible in 14-pvp. Keep in mind you are pretty much Santa Claus to those who still believe in him as far as pvp healing goes, that you carry the hopes and dreams of the lala dps in your pt and heaven forbid should you let those dreams die. J/k Don't let it get to ya.
I appreciate every good healer in PvP. It's very hard to heal in there but many healers I played with are so damn great.
The problem is... once people experienced those good healers who can save them, then the average healers will not be good enough for them anymore. People will notice the differences between good healers and average healers.
