How can I manage all of my skills on hotbars?

Could you please explain how you move the camera without the mouse? What keys do you use?

When I'm playing with the standard movement controls I move the camera with either "A" and "D" (which turns your character as well) or I use the arrow keys with my right hand. If I need to quickly see behind, I press "V" which reverses the camera.

This way I keep my left hand all the time at "ASDW", mostly for movement and a couple of skills on 1 2 3 and 4, and my right hand stays over the right number pad where I keep pretty much all of my actions.
