Crit and Skill speed on your tank?

You realistically won't see much of a difference speed-wise as PLD when stacking SS, however as long as you don't run dry on TP you should see better results than Det for DPS.

Well the stat weights contradict this. Det > SkS for all 3 tanks. However, the difference between them is so ridiculously tiny that you won't notice any real difference in DPS anyway. As long as you're giving a priority to Crit while avoiding parry like plague, the second one isn't really important.
