Constant Disconnections

Since Thursday Afternoon I have been unable to stay logged in for more than 15 minutes without disconnecting. I have tried Rebooting, Resetting Modem etc.. My Receiving will eventually go to 0 and I will get error 900002.. It is making the game unplayable... Has anyone else been having issues or does anyone have any ideas?
