    The penalty should stay how it is. As other players have already said, I don't see why I should have to be punished and inconvenienced because one person decides to queue a duty close to their raid time and leaves halfway through.

    If you know you have raid in 30 minutes, don't queue something which could potentially take an hour. It's common sense. I'm not saying people do it on purpose but there's a reason we have so long to complete duties in the first place - never just assume something is going to take 10 minutes.
