What keeps you playing FFXIV?

Multiple reasons actually. They are:

- Dailies to prep for potential raiding
- Crafting
- Roleplay
- Run dungeons or trials I just happen to like (Ravana I spammed for three days when I first cleared it)
- Achievement hunting (Yokai Watch is really gonna help with the fate needs)
- Mount/Minion collecting

I do plan to play some other games soon, mostly since FFXIV has dominated almost all my game time for the better part of a year. But yeah, I find enough to do. Granted, I only started last September. So... less of a "been there; done that" feel, I suppose.

awesome musics and world;
It's like the ultimate FF game, open and multiplayer where many gathers to enjoy this big FF theme world;
Play with your virtual self and interact with other people that you have things in common in a "secure" environment, I met so many people here;
there are many ups and downs but I'm liking the story so far too;
