I'm not against this (I'm not a raider so I don't care) but I can already see the storm of threads crying about how they did that when someone wasn't max level / it was to hard and all the other stuff that ppl tend to QQ about.

The FF14 Playerbase seems to have a problem with exclusive rewards so I don't think this will turn out as good as it sounds.
