    Chocobo Orchestration Player

Id like to be able to change my music on my Chocobo. Benefits: 1. It makes orchestrations usable for everyone, even those that don't have houses, or rooms. 2. Hearing your favorite song when you mount your Chocobo. 3. A brand new way to customize them. :3 I think this would make collecting music more fun for all players in the game, new or veteran.

    Cute idea!

Honestly, customizing mount music in general would be nice. I exclusively use my choco as my mount, and turned off the tune a long time ago. Being able to vary it would be great!

(Also, you can use the orchestrion in inn rooms, too.)

This would be good too! The chocobo theme of XIV is. . . Not my favorite one, lol. And while I generally opt for other mounts these days, if I had the option to select mounted music (I'm fine if it's chocobo only), I'd be more inclined to leave mount music on, and ride my chocobo.

Im aware, but as of right now, unless you have property, they are useless.

Orchestrions are available in every inn room, which are completely free for players to rest in. There is nothing stopping you from relaxing with your favorite music even if you don't have a house, so I don't think that qualifies as "useless," as you put it.

I agree, it's not useless in the inn room; however, I think interest in the orchestron system as a whole might go up a bit if it was tied to an option to listen to while mounted. (I know I would suddenly care enough to actually get some of the faded things in my retainer properly crafted )

But the problem is when you (as crafter) goes to inn, you can't crafting inside the room.

I agree with Eul. All you can do there is sit and maybe change your hair and play minigames that will get boring after a few minutes so it actually is quite useless. The main things I use my house for aren't even possible in the inn room, crafting and having friends over. Players with no kind of personal property have to choose between listening to music and actually doing something useful in the game.

In my opinion, the inn rooms are useless. I have no reason to stay in there outside of customization.
