Hello.

I submitted a ticket because I made a mistake of retrieving a Fantasia on a server I wasn't going to play on. (I started on Ultros to try the game but ended up re-subbing and being active on Leviathan). In my eyes, this is a simple matter of removing the item from the inventory of my character from Ultros and resending one to my character in Leviathan, however this is not the case and have been informed by GM Elrindonar that FFXIV GMs do not have the power to do resolve this issue and there is no one who can help me fix this blunder.

I can't believe that a free-to-play MMO can move cash shop items (especially cosmetic ones) between servers, but FFXIV customer service cannot. Is there little interaction between Support and the Mogstation? What does Squarenix have to lose with this type of service?
