Lol, why are all the raid expectations so high..xD
Am I the only one who just wants people to be decent at their job and not COMPLETE idiots?
But every possible answer was like "they must be the very best like no one ever was and can't have any fun" or "I wanna be with mah friiieeeends yaay".
I couldn't care less if I'm friends with them or not but do not expect every other player to be perfect..xD

I too thought the options were a bit weird. It should maybe have had an answer "willing to learn", meaning both the job and mechanics.

I picked the one about being disciplined and following a raid plan. It seemed to fit my expectations that people should follow the raid leader's instructions (planned and spontaneous), execute mechanics properly, focus on doing their main job well enough and analyze mechanics and the success of a tactic as a team. The banter can still be laid back even if the teamwork is structured.

It was a fun survey and the results will be interesting for sure.

Same as you, i also raid for fun, because i like to face content which is more difficult than those afk netflix dungeons ^^
