I can definitely share the statistics, but then I will exclude the individual answers of the textbox questions to maintain the anonymity.

Indeed, I'll look forward to it (as Yoshi frequently suggests)... Although if those textbox questions/answers lead to any supplementary findings in your thesis, if it were possible to include that without specific reference to individual answers it would be great. There may be trends in the things people comment on which I'd hope are valuable to your research as well.
