PS3 : Trouble w/ Heavensward

Hello !

So recently I was gifted a code to redeem Heavensward from a friend, he'd gone to GameStop to transfer it so that it'd work on my platform (he plays on the PS4). Although I'm gaining exp again and it shows up as active on mogstation, I'm unable to continue with a group of friends in the dungeon Palace of the Dead because it tells me that it's not installed, and I also don't have access to the Au Ra race. When I redeemed the code there wasn't a download that took place when I logged in and the start screen hadn't changed.

Any help with this would be great !
