patch errors 20512 25008 20495 on a new install, can't download on PS4

My son accidentally deleted ffxiv and when we tried to reinstall it we would get errors 20512, 25008, and 20495 on the patch at 1049/13755.75mb. It wouldn't save the progress and start all over again. We thought it was the hard drive on the PS4 so we just bought a new one. Now on the new hard drive we installed a fresh copy of the game and it did the exact same thing by downloading the first almost 2 gigs, error out with the same errors at patch 000.0002 1049/13755.75. We really want to play again, so please help

Exact same issue here, actually occurs at exact same point in time as yours. There are a couple threads on this. No luck for me so far. There are solutions out there that are working for some, but I honestly think it's a bit of random luck and will just have to keep trying.

I finally got it downloaded after I called Square Enix . They had me call my internet provider to port forward 54992 - 54994, 55006 - 55007, and 55021 - 55040. I also switched users on the ps4 to another one who also had Heavensward and started downloading the patch. It went past where it errored and continued on to finish the download . I am now back in the game after 9 days lol. I don't know what fixed it, but that's what I did.

Also, is yours a wired or wireless connection?

No luck there, unfortunately. Maybe the ports are specific to the machine or something.
