Gm Saldalrt

Hey, I'd just like to submit some feedback on a GM that contacted me today.

Now usually the GM team in this game has been fantastic, contacted me very soon after I file reports, they've been friendly and willing to listen.

This time though, I found the experience a bit disappointing. I reported someone for harassment in a pvp match today, and Gm Saldalrt is the one who contacted me. The chat went as it usually does, they asked for timestamps and context on the harassment which I provided. Once everything was provided, they asked me the usual "is there anything else I can do for you?" thing, which I used give my concerns on trolls in pvp, and how I wish that the GM team would do something to punish players who consistently ruin matches through their behavior or refusal to participate. They then just quickly gave me a copy and pasted response on how GMs have no control over matchmaking since it's automated (which wasn't the point of my concern in the first place) and then quickly sent their copy and pasted GM response at the end of reports and told me to have a safe journey before I could reply and clarify what I meant.

Basically it felt like they were just trying to get through the report as fast as possible so they could get to the next one, which is in start contrast to the other times I've had to speak with the GM team before, they've usually been very friendly and patient (one even wished me luck on my matches!)
