The Gift of the Archmagus queue times

After sitting in queue for Labyrinth of Ancients for two days in a row, 120+ minutes, I have experienced so many withdrawing from queue that it just makes me go mad. And all of the waiting just for one single quest. Yes, I can still farm fates for Yokai watch in meantime, yes, I can do some crafting/gathering while I wait but it is still a bit too long queue for my tastes.
Would it be possible to change something about the way how these old raids are handled? Getting in after queue has been full even if all people do not accept (like in pvp), allowing undersized parties? Perhaps make it not only datacenter limited? Any ideas/complains?

Not many people are running the old raids now a days. If you are after the Aether Oil for the relic you can purchase with Eso tomes. It is like 1800 each.

Allowing undersized parties would not be a good idea, what if you end up with no tank or 1 or no healers?

Considering the fact that Aether oil costs 1800 esos, Umbrite costs 300 esos, Unidentifiable ore/seeds costs 680 esos, when exactly are we going to have enough esos for all of it? At the moment eso costs for relic is quite crazy...
What if undersized parties would be checked so you would get at least certain amount of people? Dealing with one dps not accepting the queue is bit ridiculous.

For what it's worth, next major patch might switch the anima items to Lore tomes at a more favorable rate. Queue problems for CT and Coil will probably remain unless they add a raid roulette with a big tome bonus. Would also help if they let you fill slots with NPCs after the new GC content is added, but I guess it's not realistic to expect AI bots to be able to handle mechanics.

Yeah, I just did. 120 minutes queue with around 5-6 withdrawals.

Perhaps special glamour gear/titles one can get after doing x amount of raid roulettes?

They really need to do some things to address queue times in certain content. Frontlines needs its Grand Company restrictions removed. Raids need a roulette. And so on.

I will never understand why people queues for these only to not accept the pop. Just don't queue if you don't have at least one hour to dedicate for the 24man duties.

Don't tell me " But emergencies happen", it's bullsh*t 95% of the time and is the ideal excuse of choice.

What are the odds that across the world people have suddenly something to do or the need to take a dump, right when a 24man queue pop every single time? Very very VERY low.
If you were just watching TV on the side or whatever, knowing you don't have enough memory to remember you are queued for a duty, do everyone a favor and don't queue at all.

Luckily i main a healer so queues rarely exceed 15mins, but when someone doesn't accept it's as equally frustrating as if i was a DPS who's been sitting there for an hour.

The problem is with long que times they may go afk for a moment and it pops on them. They may get started doing something waiting then decide they want to finish/continue what they started and cancel the que or they forget they were in que and by the time it pops they change their mind about it.
