If the party was unhappy with his play style, they should of spoke up on the first 9 FLOORS they had to do so. They didn't, which seems to me that the 3 of them queued together, didn't like the silver chest drops they got, and vote dismissed the guy they didn't queue with so they could leave and not get penalty.

If you're against a person soloing rooms to be more efficient and waste less time, you're probably the problem.
By the same token, shouldn't it be on the solo player to at least ask if the group is ok with splitting up?
