    Palace of the Dead - Kick option?

    It would be nice to have the floors automatically progress if a person has gone afk for a certain amount of time. Some people probably go afk just for awhile, but it's pretty annoying to have the run completely held up by 1 person being afk and not standing at the cairm of passage.
