"Phantom" Stuck Mob

Steps:
This is by far the oddest bug I've seen in the game. I was going down a path in the Central Shroud and saw a Lindwurm standing there in the road, writhing about but staying in place. It had no name tag associated with it, you could not click on it so it was like it wasn't there. Whereas I'd attribute something like this potentially to a bad connection or lag perhaps... I'm running Fibre here 150/150MBps and it is fast and stable, was at the time as well.

The good news is when I just logged in now, ~ 1/2 hour later the phantom mob is gone. So perhaps it was a glitch or connection on the server. Anyway, never saw that before and took a screenshot so figured I'd report it if someone wants to dig deeper.

I think it's connected to the nearby fate. Most fates have some kind of opening event where enemies are untargetable until the fate has properly started.
