[Suggestion] UI size 70% 130%(HUD layout)

While I'm grateful for having the current size options 60, 80, 90, 100, 110, 120, and 140%, I find some UI elements I cant turn off, dont let me shrink lower than 60%.

I also find a lot of menus to be too large at 80%, taking up way too much of my screen, while 60% is too small. (Using photoshop, I even tested 70%, to see if it was easily legible, and it was in comparison to 60%)

Could we please get the missing sizes, and the possibility of shrinking sizes further?
(I dont know if 2k/4k TV resolution issue has been resolved, with the new options, as I heard there were complaints before, but I assume they have been.)
