It may be a world-wide thing, but the current event is a summertime eastern event, so it's still accurate with what the real world would deem appropriate for a summer event.

I'm sure you are.. probably haven't been back to Costa since day one, and that junk armor is probably tucked away in your armoire. A great event is one that keeps peeps coming back, not a one-and-done event like this one.

Personally I enjoyed the armor set - I plan to use it as glamour on my tanks. Can't give an opinion on the housing item, as I don't have a house. The song was nice, though. And I got all the poses and use them regularly when I'm with my friends. The event itself wasn't very memorable, but neither were the past Moonfire Faire events IMO. I can't remember any event I continued to participate in after getting all the rewards I wanted, so nothing special here. The FATE was annoying the first day with everyone swarming it, just like last year, but it died down after a day or two.

Very true. One thing that I think is decent; if you're a healer/blm/smn, you can use the armor as a "battle mage" type glam. I agree though, most of them aren't very memorable.

As someone who only wants music rolls\minions\mounts\etc. from Seasonal Events, and to complete the achievements, AND doesn't care about glamour, I loved this event. Was done in about 20 minutes and moved on. Gold star SE.

Music scroll = check
Armour for mages finally = check
Interactive housing item that looks nice = check
Awesome new emotes = huge check on that
Not another swimsuit or yukata = check
Fun power rangers theme (I personally enjoyed it will actually remember in a year) = check
Not a terrible grind to get the items like yokai (seriously, now that was not fun...) = check

Overall, I liked this event.

Not a fan of older prizes not being resold or buy-able on the recompense officer if you already completed the event, esp housing items,...but I guess it's just going to be that way since they gave us Mogshop.

If you don't want other people to comment on your complaints send a ticket to the GMs a public forum may not be the right spot. Also. Why the hell would they just repeat the rewards? People who actually did the event the first time might want different things and a reason to do the event. They make different rewards to keep people subscribed. So you missed out on event, that is hardly SE 's fault, that is hardly our fault. If you want a swimsuit paythe 2 mil. Boohoo you're out a few hours of gathering/crafting.
