Simply taking a picture from your FCs credits that's designed to be gotten by using your FCs credits certainly falls under allowable use.

As long as you STAY part of the FC. Taking it and dropping the shell isn't allowable use, it's a grab and flee.

I dont know how long you have been playing, but going thru your post history shows an overwhelming amount of "i wanna leave my server". that in itself isnt a bad thing, but add to this the harassment suspension, the supposed frequent FC hoping, and the proximity in time to where all of this is happening and I am inclined to think that you target people who have lax rules.

lets go further into a different comment you made a bit ago; that you helped furnish a house for an FC. The items that most people want for the house they have usually cost an upwards of 500k. the cheaper ones sold on the MB are usually also sold at grand companies or the housing npc, so unless the FC wanted that cheap stuff, i question if you actually put anything into that house, what with the lack of a way to make gil on your chr.

I said that even though people SHOULD report they wont. Why ? because it suits them to have this information in PF.

Is a bit like people asking someone banned back on the premise that that person always was good and soo poor little thing even though the punishment is deserved they consider it a simple mistake and that person should be forgiven.

People adapt rules according to their needs, wish an wants and call on rules when it affects them or dont call on rules for the same reason.

I didn't say it was. The entire point of the naming and shaming rule is to prevent witch hunting and false accusations from harming possibly innocent players. The actual legalities of whatever they did are irrelevant. In this case most players are going to view the OP's actions negatively, regardless of whether they technically broke any rules. Under normal circumstances that would fall under naming and shaming, but in this case it is the OP them self... I would find it amusing if the OP gets away with their theft simply on a technicality, only to face a suspension or ban for 'naming and shaming' them self.

I have had a FC some time ago. All Members have had the permission to buy things with Company Credits. So, if that would have happened in my FC, I couldn't have cared less. Point is, I as the leader was setting the permissions for FC Members....
In my opnion it's not stealing. He simple was allowed to buy things with FC credits.
