    Well yeah, its the same as iTunes TOS, you just click accept! But most of the stuff in the TOS is common sense (or maybe that's just me).

    Off topic: The iTunes TOS makes you agree to not use the music app for “the development, design, manufacture, or production of nuclear, missile, or chemical or biological weapons.” Apple obviously likes to cover all of the bases.
