As to the OP's suggestion, I don't support the idea. Levelling is fairly fast now, if you use the Friendship Circlet and Brand New Ring. I do think some of the 'padding' could be removed from the MSQ and relegated to side-quests but that's as far as I'd like it to go. If a large number of players take the 'easy option' of a boost for their alts then I fear it will kill the lower end content for anyone who wants to level the conventional way because they will face long queues or even worse, may not be able to find groups.
