    "PSN" Technical Difficulties (Jul. 31, Aug. 1)

    Sony Interactive Entertainment's "PSN" service is currently experiencing technical difficulties, causing players to be unable to log in to the PlayStation®3 and PlayStation®4 versions of FINAL FANTASY XIV.

    * Players that are already logged in can continue to play as long as they remain logged in.

    We will provide more information as it becomes available.

    "PSN" Technical Difficulties (Jul. 31, Aug. 1) Update

    We have confirmed that the ongoing technical difficulties for Sony Interactive Entertainment’s “PSN” services was due to issues within certain customer’s communication environment.

    If you are experiencing this error, we ask to please check your communication equipment, and network settings.
