What are the limitations right now to stablish a test server/client and a properly functional feedback forum for said server/client?
There is any good reason for the developing team to keep doing their work in "Godmode", releasing content without any feedback from the playerbase but the previously presented from previous content releases.

Right now there isn`t a clear feedback channel between player base and the developers, player base in fact doesnt have the proper tools to make any feedback on the first place, so all the feedback the developers recive is basically our reactions to the content and any metric they get with their own tools, but that doesn`t count as community feedback anymore.

This whole "we patch, you judge" relationship going on so far is getting old and increasingly hurtful to the development of the game itself. We understand important decisions need to be taken by the staff, those famous "400 decisions made by myself" as yoshida said when working on 2.0, those were desperate times too.

But right now, if something is failing, is the communication and the lack of tools for the playerbase to properly give feedback. A test server/client is a need at this stage of the game, we are 3 years in, the time for "crucial design decisions" is a thing of the past now. If anything is responsible of the poor reception of the last pieces of content since Heavensward release is this lack of communication.
