Apartments / Public housing question

I'm hoping for at least 2 rooms , a roof top gardening/ outdoor area, and a balcony with a view I don't know what the final product will actually turn out to be , but I do believe it has potential.

Maybe with 5.0, because with 3.4/3.5 all you are getting is one room that's the same as the FC rooms you can purchase for 400.000 gil, there will be no gardening or balconies/out door areas, HOWEVER apparently you can join their new "rent a flower pot" design they just implemented in the game lol

I am expecting it to be somewhere between the size of an FC room vs the combined floor space of a small house (top and bottom) but in a single floor as an apartment. I could be wrong. It will definitely be bigger than an inn room and probably slight bigger than an FC room I think. SE said it won't have outdoor gardening but will have indoor pot plant type thing that lacks cross-breeding, they however could change their minds I guess and allow for a balcony garden type option in the future which allows for a row of 3 plants instead of 8. Guess we will just have to wait and see how it ends up, I have a small house so I am just curious about them rather than desperate to get one.

And you can't customise at all except for a few "themes" on the really high end ones :P
