    I am getting disconnected periodically from ffxiv with this message. Tried reinstalling, checking packet loss, lowering settings, opening ports, restarting modem and router, direct connection to router... Pretty much everything under the sun, and nothing seems to help.

    For a second there I almost thought a GM actually responded to a Technical Support Forum thread, I should have known better ; ;

    Can we please get an official word on what is causing the (30002)xxxxxxxxxxxxx errors, and when we can expect a fix for it. Even a vague timeline would be a thousand times better than what we currently know, which is just second hand information from other players...

    We know what the error is it's internet issue when i have a utorrent up i get that error or if someone using to much of the internet. Also pocket lost is the issue at times i don't get that issue at all but one in a blue moon it does happen.

    GM right now don't do anything they just copy/paste they wont do much to it goes p2p at least it seem like it.

    It may be an internet issue for a few of the people that have this error, but not most of them.

    Assuming that the following two people are telling the truth that they received emails from SE regarding this issue, and that SE was telling the truth in those emails, then this issue is definitely on SE's end.

    All I am asking for is for SE to officially acknowledge this problem, and give us a general timeline of when we can expect it to be fixed. Is that really too much to ask for?

    It's also possible that it is completely out of SE's control, perhaps some of Japans internet infrastructure was damaged by the earthquake earlier this year, and they now have to track down and repair or replace any malfunctioning equipment.

    SE does not give you timeline anymore on when or where things going to be fixed. They do that then when the timeline come people be on the forums saying where in hell is my fix for the Error huh SE? so they just fix it when they can most of the issue you having are servers issue and that wont be fix anytime soon by the look of it. and the lag issue is core system problem sadly that wont be fix so we just have to sit and wait it out. it's still f2p so they really don't have to give us anything on when thing would be fixed.

    I get disconnected all the time with this same code. Sometimes It wont happen for a whole day. Other days, it will do it 10 times. Its never at the same time of the day. Sometimes it will go back to the character selection screen and let me right back into the game, but most of the time I have to force close the game.
