There is no fate called a Coblyn Catastrophe, the fate listed is the correct one. Perhaps you had the drop from one of the other fates?

You likely have the drop from the other item-dropping fate in the area.

The marker you are pointing to in the image is not the actual name of the fate. Those markers are just there to show you which quest the fate belongs to, and where the fate is at. They used to show the actual fate on the map, but it was hard for people to see if the fate was actually up due to the entire blue fate marker being absorbed by the red quest marking.
