I don't know how you use your time but for me, it's approximatively 15 medals for 1h30-2h00 of farm, which means ~3h30 for 30 medals and not 7 hours.
You should maybe be more active, look at the best zone among the three available and find a way more efficient when you doing fates.

I wish I had your luck. I went 2 hours the other night with no drop at all. I have the worst RNG luck. I farmed fates for 8 hours yesterday and got 25 medals.
