We could have class icon tattoos, the different groups tattoo, like the Scion. We could have get tattoos of moogles or chocobos.

Actually that could be very cool, especially if it changes depending on our actual class ^^
Keep the legacy brand for legacy players, it does not matter as long as we can get other ones ^^

ARR have failed?
If you mean 1.0, it failed before we could give feedbacks. Our feedbacks were used to get some ideas how to create ARR.

All I wish for, is for ALL chars on a Legacy account to have the neck tattoo! I had to remake at the start of ARR, and have worked solidly on my char now for years, but my old, unused char is the one with the tattoo I wish they would let all on a Legacy account have the tattoo

I mentioned this earlier in the thread, I'm in the same boat as you. I think when I used my Square Enix account that had 1.0 registered to it when I came back in 2.3, a notification could have popped up telling me my characters from 1.0 were still available (I didn't see them listed on mogstation and had read/heard that anyone who didn't complete the 1.x story was "nuked"/deleted so it didn't cross my mind).

I think it's unfair that to get that tattoo I earned in 1.0, I have to give up my house/story progress/classes/mounts/minions/etc I've acquired in the 2 years since I came back. I was really close to making a thread specifically asking for what you said, but now I've seen at least one other person with the same issue, I think I'll make one. I plan to ask we be allowed access to the tattoo and any other rewards we earned on a character to either apply to all characters on the account, or let us "consume" a character for the tattoo/items/etc and transfer them all to another character who would inherit everything. Obviously the first choice is better. :P

Please no, the tattoo is a thank you/reward/apology for those of us that stuck with 1.0.

By all means a tattoo system otherwise for other body parts could be great.
