The point of censorship is for the general public who shouldn't have to put up with it, not so much for a teaching method. Teaching general curtesy is the parent's job. If someone hasn't learned that by the time they get on these games, they get to figure it out the hard way, if they get it at all. :/

I completely agree with you about the Halloween example though. I assure you not all parents are like that.
