Let them be
I dont care what other players do with their accounts.

These people just don't like when other people have fun. I laugh everytime I see this one guy pass me up on the Lindblum server. Hope he still has the same name.
I name my person for alliteration. Other's for roleplaying. Some just do it for humor. Why do you have to get so mad about it, not just OP, but every other internet police person out there. The game is rated T, and there are swearing words in it already that's been previously stated. I don't see what's the big problem.

I didn't imagine my questions would be catching so much attention. Thank you all for replying. So much input. Glad I've decided to make the thread.
I apologize for not replying to everyone in chronological order. But many of the replies need more elaborated responses, and are longer than others. So I have to give them a lot of time in reading and responding.

It's the internet grow some tougher skin or keep out. Hell it's the world , grow up.
Firstly, being on the internet doesn’t justify anything. People talking to me through the internet are real people, not coloured pixels. So in my standard, I treat people with the same politeness I treat people in real life. I would expect the same from any other decent person as well. Internet should not be used as a shield for people to misbehave or misconduct, exploiting the anonymity within.
Internet doesn’t mean an automatic grant of toleration from other people towards your disruptive behavior. I shall demonstrate it with an unrelated, yet very simple example; if you feel it’s wrong to cuss at your father in real life, talking on the internet with your father doesn’t automatically make it feel right to do so.
Secondly, thank you for your concern about me to grow up. But by my definition, which I believe is also a commonly accepted standard, being grown up includes, but not limited to;
• Handling matter calmly and politely, no screaming, yelling, pouting, crying, shouting (Santa Clause is coming to town).
• Exchanging opinions in a civil manner.
• Presenting my thoughts and opinions in a rational way.
• Responding to people nicely, even if they’re disagreeing or nonconstructive.
• Stating my point of view without belittling other people’s opinion.
• Keeping in mind that people have different sentimentalism and perspective, and trying to not be disrespectful.
• Taking care to not despise other people who disagree or are not handling the situation the way I would.
• Being informative and not using angry rant.
• Reading other people’s replies carefully to try to understand them.
If my attempt in being grown up does not satisfy you, well, that’s too bad. I tried.
LOL. That name is kind of explicit, though it did crack me up from the spelling (such dedicated attempt!) I am not surprise other people also wanted to report it.A person in an old linkshell I was in was named Itchi Ballzak. It honestly drove me up a wall. The guy had a jerkface attitude to match the offensive name.
I quietly celebrated when I logged in one day and he was complaining because he was prompted for a name change before he could log in.
And, no, I wasn't the one who reported him. Someone else did it before I had the chance.
Hmmm now, since you personally know the guy (as linkshell member) and told that story to me. I find it amazing to see that the person’s personality/attitude probably would have a big influence on the decision whether to report or to not report.
For me, if it is someone I know, I would more incline to NOT reporting. Yet, if he’s a horrible person and I hate his personality or attitude, I will be more likely to report on him. If he’s a really really nice guy, I would probably be angry and cursing at whoever unknown person that reported him. Talk about bias. Oopsie me!
Unless it is an actual inappropriate word like F**k in the name, I really wouldn't care. If its something goofy that sounds like genitalia I may chuckle a bit, but I still don't care. I am more offended by people who use the names of popular anime/manga/other pop culture characters, or use the names of two popular characters to form one name. They have the right to do that but I just feel like it shows lack of creativity and I personally wouldn't make that choice. Unless its in the Sims, then I give them all sorts of horrible inappropriate names.

Yea I got the Mike Hunt one abit afterwards but it could also be a real name. Seeing as its the internet and the huge trend of inuendo names I doubt it but that ONE is probly one to let slide.
Still lost on the Chimpo so back to awaiting a explaination.

Chimpo Theamazing
Chimpo The Amazing
It shouldn't be offensive to just about anyone that I can tell. However many people are annoyed, some more than others, by people making "names" like that. It's a title built into the name. I personally dislike names like that, but feel no need to report them.

Chimpo is a Japanese word for penis.
Theamazing part I guess is just to accentuate the Chimpo.

I would blacklist them and report it without hesitation. I have found that people with names like that usually have personalities to match. Obnoxious and immature.

hmm my thoughts are mind yo business and let people name themselves what they want but obviously there are rules set about curse words so do as you please. but i wouldn't do anything but chuckle ..if was really good name i might spend the next 30mins smiling bout it. guess i'm like immature like that or something. not like this game is made for young kids and your eyes or ears ain't gonna bleed from it. i'm sure your linkshells vent has cursing in it at times too. again my opinion. ty.
