A couple of the others posted so far have a rather strong GW2 vibe to me. They're not identical, but it seems like they've taken some inspiration from the outfits there.

Not a big fan of anything that makes the cloth portions too prominent, especially starting at the hips, because of the massive puffiness those designs tend to end up with (see Ironworks Fending chest) and the lack of cloth physics, but I feel like either of these would work out reasonably well, and both have good aesthetics that are fairly lacking among tank armors.

Allagan Luminous Surcoat and Hero's Visage sets closely thereafter.

Yeah. I am really digging the coat armor. It is simple and beautiful and fitting for a tank. One can also never have enough coats.

These would have to by far be my favorite (I'm so probably extremely biased since my main tank I play is PLD.)

Would like to see this as Healer armor instead to be honest. Would definitely use this as WHM/AST. Especially AST.



While a very novel design for tank armor, I feel it only really fits Warrior, which is precisely why I don't think it'll win. However, I think it'd be really good Caster armor too, or as all class glamour.
