Wonder if spend hours upon hours stealin nms and mobs from ppl ( since with the new claim system it is perfectly legit right?) maybe just maybe i'll get enough people bitching about it and SE might fix it.

Hmmm again where did i say anything about a party? you know nm's can be solo'd right? and again where did i say mid kill? I said " A DoW with vokes can take any NM they want from any DoM after the DoM just gets Claim" meaning if you are camping against a DoM for a NM you as a DoW can take the NM at will.

See by NMs I thought you meant ones that mattered and didn't respawn at 5 minute intervals. So it's possible, how much of an issue is it really? I mean okay, from a hypothetical standpoint I can see the issue. Yeah, someone can be a giant d-bag about it and steal NM kills from low-ranks.

Looking at it from a realistic standpoint, it's hardly an issue. Oh no you have to wait less than 5 minutes for the next spawn. Help the person kill it if you're concerned about time. Further, the gear dropped is only good for 25-35 depending (most of which is overshadowed by Toto-Rak gear). If you're just looking for kill credit or for the Ifrit quest, you could try asking them if they'd allow you a single kill just to be done with it.

So yeah, I can see how the concept is an issue but realistically it's pretty negligible. There are ways to get around it too, such as being in a group or having your own enmity generating skills, or in the case of low-NMs killing it faster than they can steal it.
