What do you like and dislike most in FFXIV?

Hello all,

Before you read the thread, the question is about the game itself, please refrain from including the community in your response as this isn't something the devs can control.

Recently there has been a lot of debate about complaints and (apparent) lack of positive threads in the forums.

Regardless of peoples opinions, I'm sure SE appreciate all constructive feedback, whether it's positive or negative. Both opinions allow the devs to figure out what's good and what's bad about the game and what people like and dislike.

So, what is your favourite thing about FFXIV, and what is your least favourite, and why?
