Top Right Corner of Launcher is black (PS4)

Hi, like the description in the title my launcher is launching but I have nowhere to enter my username and pw. My internet connection is working, I can browse internet on the ps4 browser and I can play Overwatch and Destiny just fine.

I've read through a few posts about this error but none of the suggested way to fix it have worked yet.

What I tried :
Resetting the modem
Resetting the router
Creating port on my router for ff14
Tried putting my Primary DNS to 8.8.8.8 and secondary to 8.8.4.4
Deleting the game and reinstalling

On a side note, if I unplug my router and put a LAN cable directly in my PS4 to the modem it DOES WORK. However having no wifi at home is not an option and beside like I said other games (Overwatch, Destiny) are working just fine WITH the router.

I've been trying to fix this thing for the past 4 hours and now I'm at the breaking point.

same problem here on Windows, had this problem this morning but after a reboot, the launcher brough me the ToS that i had to read and accept, then the login screen was ok and i could play. But now trying to log in again and it's still black, reboot dont help this time, currently in queue to have support but you know how they are slow to help. Hopefully by the end of the day i'll have a human to help me :/

I think I'll have to ask for human help too. I feel for you, keep it up we'll get through it. If you have a solution before I do please let me know! I'll do the same of course.

spoke with Agent Jon, he's a useless d***, could not help me one bit, then after 5 minutes he just left while i still have a black login screen, worse service EVER.

Wow awesome! Can't believe we're paying every month to be treated like garbage.

Let's try to narrow down the problem. Do you have access to other online game? Do you have a router? If yes (most likely) what company? Mine is Dlink dir-825.

Can you think of anything that could've happened overnight?
