Why I'm leaving and don't know if I'll come back

Honestly, I believe people make these threads so they can be convinced to stay. Just like that 100+ page "I think its time" thread where the OP just ended up staying anyway. Interesting that today's generation needs so much validation in order to spend money that they aren't sure they want to. Maybe they should up the credit card age.

Ahahahaha... It's funny because I know the guy personally and no, he actually did not "just end up staying anyway." He quit. His sub has expired and not been renewed, and it has now been long enough since then that he can't come on here to correct you himself. But he did leave a note on the OP of said thread to inform people that his sub had expired and that he was indeed not renewing it. But yeah, saying he ended up staying is extremely incorrect.

For everyone saying "ugh u just want attention" or "no 1 carez!!1" it actually does matter. This feedback is important. If SE sees that people are quitting for whatever reason they *should* be forced to mitigate it.

Why is it the only 3% actually whine so much here? I, literally, see 97% of us, legitimtly, having fun and is, in fact, not having the issues you have.

Case in point, example,

One dude say's, "Game sucks, im leaving, (shitty reasons)". Likes = 12
The next dude say's, "OMG, STFU dude, go home". Likes = 46+

This is what I see every day in these comments.

Honestly, 97% of the community does not give a shit about your attempts at attention grabbing. Yeah, I know they did not resub but, attention paid none the less.

In summation, they quit and there is still a queue to get in the game.

For that matter, how many here "quit" and yet, the game is booming population wise. That shows me that 97% of the community is fine with the game.

I would like to add my own take because, I'm also a player on the edge of unsubbing and moving away and I'm in complete agreement with the OP. I don't have the same exact issues but I won't lie that I'm struggling to have fun when there's really nothing fun to do. Sure there's raid and primals but I have my reasons for not doing them (reasons that I can't tell on forums, that is), but the fact that the last content patches we had were so boring and underwhelming (Aquapolis was decent) just gives me the same feeling as the OP does. Heck I broke down today so hard that I left every Linkshells and cleaned my friendlist, because I was just so annoyed of the lack of stuff to do that I didn't care anymore. If anything it was thrilling to press delete!

All I say is that I wish you the best of luck in other games, as well as to those who will do the same.
