I don't mind cross over. I do mind the mindless use of fates and the grind that is this event. I get now why it's 2 months long, I tried doing it and I have no motivation... I still have PTSD from Atma. This is the first time I think I probably wont finish an Event. I suppose I have time though to do it over the next 2 months... maybe a little bit at a time..

Back in my day, non-intrusive advertising was fun(ny). Even more if it added side content to take part in. I honestly don't see it as anything but that, even now. Practically all complaints come from bias and a want for "purity".

at least we can now glamour the palace of the dead weapons with this anime bs. Just wish they would glow, so I wouldn't have to look at these weapons since some of them look real bad.

Öh... if you dont like them, why would you glamour them...? There are plenty of weapons for you to choose from (even glowy ones!) if you'd like to see something different from your Palace of the Dead one...? They dont auto-glamour the Yo-Kai weapons onto yours after all ;P

Because currently I play smn on one of my main characters and have you looked at the weapons? Scholar and SMN is always the same god damn book, there are besides the crafted mog weapon, not many books that look great. I do have the relic and midas one, but both of them look just plain boring as well as most books. I wish we could just hide them, aka the monk fists but since we can't, I might as well find some bs weapon that can be glamour that doesn't look like the lvl 1's.

As mentioned in my first post, some of the weapons aren't so bad, for example the blm weapon or the white mage weapon. But I wish that for example, the blm weapon would have some ice crystals hoovering around the weapon when you draw it. Could do a full frozen glamour set on my alts.

But back to your question, I am that bored and have nothing else to do in game, that I might as well do the event. I like that event actually, I just don't like the reward. SE could have been more creative with it.

While I agree that some effects would have been cool I guess they dont wanna add that to such low level weapons xD

For your book-problem... have you taken a look at the PvP-weapons? And I really like the Shiva-ones too, they even can get a nice glow effect! There are also the eh... Kirimu-ones, I guess they're called? The ones in the Crystal-tower-style... they look... interesting and certainly not like the level 1 book! (not saying your complain is "wrong", just trying to throw in a few suggestions that you may or may not like^^')

PS.: I also didnt asked you why you were doing the event if you dont like the weapons - I only asked you why you're glamouring them if you call them bs! I mean - I probably gonna get all weapons myself even though I'm not to fond of some designs just to HAVE them (terrible hoarder here)
