10 for 1 is too low in my opinion. Something like 25 to 1 would be good.

222 legendary medals to get all weapons.
10:1 exchange rate would mean 2220 FATEs if no legendary medals dropped.
Drop rate is assumed to be 10%.
1110 FATEs average to get all the weapons assuming 10% drop rate and a 10:1 exchange rate of normal medals for legendary medals.

The whole things feels intentionally inflated so that they could drag it out for 2 months.

I like it, I am farming grand compny seals for anima moonstones and levelling post 50 class with low level fates, I don't think the legendary drop deserves that atma drop sound though, they should have used those cool event jingles.
