    Main page says you have to summon each one as a minion. Not sure if you have to talk to any NPCs tho.

    Go to Old Gridania, talk to Jonathas at Apkallu Falls and select the Share a tale dialogue option.

    Thank you I just got it. Have two weapons as well, BLM Staff and AXE with 4 Legendary's towards the Bow. The bow, my friend has it, is super sweet.
