Main page says you have to summon each one as a minion. Not sure if you have to talk to any NPCs tho.

Thank you I just got it. Have two weapons as well, BLM Staff and AXE with 4 Legendary's towards the Bow. The bow, my friend has it, is super sweet.

Legendary Medals are most definitely not a 100% drop, you're probably thinking of the normal medals you use to buy minions.

Legendary medals gets dropped with RNG. If you have Watch on or not. Only thing that matters is that you have the right Yokai out for it. I farmed a bit without watch and got legendary drop.

As for 6th weapon you need 15 medals again.

I only did 2 FATEs before I had to go to dialysis. Admittedly a small sample size, guess Lady Luck was with me.
