I don't think anyone is gonna get all the weapons unless this person has issues investing her time elsewhere. Honestly, I had hope SE had understand why the entire community gave them crap for the atmas. Needing 15 tokens for 1 weapon is about the same as spending 9 hours in East Shroud for an Atma for me. I'll never do this. I wanted few of the weapons and I'm just not interested anymore.

Weapon number 8 requires 15 again. I guess it is capped at 15.

I'm glad that it at least capped on 15 instead of going higher and higher with each weapon.

Better than the 257 number people were throwing around but still yup, not worth the effort.

You also need the minion OUT. i'm pretty sure whenever the legendary medal procs, your minion will despawn and you need to take it out again.

--probably an anti-bot countermeasure, but its catching some players off-guard... Like you, perhaps.

Mine has a few times oddly enough. Before every fate now I check to make sure he's still summoned.

Might be a silly question, but do you need the watch on for the Legendary Medals?

Does the order of the area in the Medallium list for each minion have anything to do with how often legendaries drop there? Western seemed to drop much more of them for Hovernyan than South Shroud (0/19 fates), but I don't know if that was because of the list order, or just that I have terrible, sporadic luck.

While it is RNG based, the list of each minions tells you 3 area's/zones and I am not 100% on that, but it looks like that only this area/zone gives the chance of dropping the legendary crystal, and the order of the list don't matter either. If you just go for the regular medals then it don't matter, you get 1 medal every time you get gold/silver from the fate.

Example, I found myself last night of not having one legendary crystal drop in central thanalan, even so it's listed as the first option on the Komajiro minion. Switched to western la noscea, got 7 crystals within 34 fates, and some of them dropped one after another, after that I got 9 tokens within 12 fates in the same area just different minion.
