    unable to complete version check [20458][24530][20457][410]

    hi, I've got a problem,
    Yesterday evening everything was alright, but since the update of 07/26/16 the error 'unable to complete version check [20458][24530][20457][410]' is on my screen, and this way I can't connect me anymore on PS4.
    Any solutions without uninstal everything?

    Same here, seems PS4 version isnt able to update atm.
    I wouldnt uninstall right now, give it some time.
    Might also need to file a bug report to get some attention and a fix.

    Don't expect someone to address the problem here. Usually they ignore the threads and then post something in the information/maitenance section.

    I got someone from Square Enix on the phone. I told him the problem could not come from us but from them. He told me they already encounter this kind of issue before but i doubt this happened to that many people at the same time. Strange thing is that some PS4 players can play and most of the others can't.
    I should receive an e-mail in a few to explain how to fix it by deleting the game and installing it again.... I hope they will fix it before that...

    Don't reinstall the game on your own, cause if you d'ont get the email with the specifics details it won't work.
    Just wait and see.

    Yeah, I read a few threads about people not able to update their PS4 clients, but those were never as many as now. It clearly is an issue with the newest patch.
    I'll give it a few hours before I try reinstalling, since that is bound to take half an eternity, so I'd rather avoid it.

    Try that guys :

    Go to "Settings" > "Network" > "Set Up Internet Connection"
    Select Wifi/LAN as appropriate for your connection.
    Select "Custom".
    IP Address Settings = Automatic
    DHCP Host Name = Do Not Specify
    DNS Settings = Manual Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8 Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4
    MTU Settings: Automatic
    Proxy Server: Do Not Use

    Reboot your PS4 after that and try to launch the game another time. Worked for me.
