I don't mind a cash shop in a sub game if it contains things like name changes/fantasias/server transfers, and for in-game items, it is recolors or restyles of in-game items. I don't like items exclusively available on the cash shop in a sub game. It undermines the subscription system.

We're talking about business model and it's something that involves players choices and how they deal with it. You may be offended with some concepts that will talk about certain types of players but it is the only way to have a discussion like this.

Exactly. We obviously have language and cultural barriers but it's not like japanese players do not have critical sense and only criticize things that "should be criticized" and that's why SE listens to them.
