New European prime-time static recruiting

Currently I am in the process of putting together a primarily European prime-time focused static group for the intent on quickly catching up on the current Midas raiding content and to adequately prepare for the new raid tier releasing in patch 3.4.

Our intended schedule is as follows:-
Raids will always start at 8 PM GMT (UK time), 3 PM EST and 12 PM (Midday) PST and will continue for 3 to 4 hours per session depending on individual members or overall weekly raid time spent. My aim is to at least be able to consistently allow the group 9-12 hours per week of raiding in order to clear content quickly.

In terms of days, Sunday and Monday will always be our stationary raiding days, while the additional one or two days per week will be decided on a week-by-week basis for at any point during said week, due to one of members work schedule. So please come with flexible evenings, this will be subject to change during the launch of 3.4 depending on individual members schedules.

What we are looking for:-
We currently possess 6 members, with experience ranging from A8S cleared to A7S progression, as well as individuals with no current Midas raiding experience, but with previous high-end raiding progression experience in earlier tiers or other MMOs. So our ideal candidates are those who are mechanically consistent with their approach to raiding and have a strong desire to progress through content quickly. Your application will be greatly aided by having a strong grasp on the various nuances of your class and being confident in being able to quickly learn and adapt to any current or future content.

We are currently looking for a mixture of the following classes:-
DRK/PLD
SCH
BLM/SMN (We have a solid replacement up until 3.4, but we are still on the lookout for a capable permanent caster)

Any combination of the above 3 will prove fine, as one of our A8S cleared members is happy to compensate on any role depending on the status of our applicants.
