Implementing a good thing from another MMO

I wish SE would look into other MMOs and copy great stuff that exists out there. Best wardrobe system I ever used was on LOTRO (lord of the rings on line) What a great concept you could glamor stuff and save it for EACH character and each character could have up to 5 different looks. Here I cant even have the same outfit twice if I just simply dye it a different color. I have had like different looks I loved so far but each time I make a new cosmetic change I have to be stuck with just that one look.!! WHY?
Am I missing something?

+1 for wardrobe system! I always keep my eyes open for these threads and post the same bs. I would really love this system, a lot of MMO's are either starting with such a system or integrating it at a later date. I fear with the ability to purchase retainers SE will give us the same excuse about data and how its too hard yet you can have like 6 retainers if you wanted to... Okay. But I still have hope for such a system in this game. I shall wait patiently ;-;

No thank you. FFXIV has enough fluff content imo. I dont understand why people want so much dress up content. I can understand women enjoying it, but grown men? Its a step above playing barbie. I have always had a hard time wrapping my head around this. What is the fun in playing dress up? Like really, I dont get it. Im not against glamour, but the game needs way more attention in other areas.

EDIT: Lotro was a GOOD game......up through Moria. After the mines of moria expansion it went down some imo

No one brought up gender until you did, and it was to tell someone they're not female enough to care about glamour. In my view, that is KINDA sexist.

It's called ReCREATION for a reason. Some like minions some like mounts both of which you can only use one at a time and only in non combat areas. I like armors which I can show off at all times whether in or out of combat. Male or female young or old we all have our preferences and at the end it is a game so no need to classify or reject a suggestion due to any type of gender or age. To each his/her own.
