Can we turn off the Echo buff?

I like the option to have everyone sync to the minimum item level for content, but can we take this even further and turn off the Echo buff as well?

Even before the option to go in with an undersized party was allowed, I hated seeing we got like a 20% buff to damage and health, just for walking in to Turn 5, for example. I know most people don't want a challenge, but it would be nice for those of us who do to have this small thing.

Probably a good idea to ask people in your FC/LS if they know of a way to do something before you make a thread on the forums about it.
As Kytre has said, you just remove it yourself just like you would remove other positive statuses.
