So, this is probably something RPers are more likely to notice than other players, but ever notice how when you're talking with your friends... your character just stands there like a statue? What if they actually spoke?

Now, I want to clarify something right here: Under no circumstances do I want random babble, text to speech, or even hearing random people's voicechat. This is purely a visual suggestion.

Now, the idea is that whenever you character speaks, he actually acts like he's talking. Move his mouth, maybe a little body language depending on whether you finish with a period, a question mark, or an exclamation point. There would also be another animation for shouting. I'm not sure whether tells, party chat, or linkpearls could do with something like this: Tells and party chat have no in-game explanation, and while the use of linkpearls has been shown in cutscenes (As I recall, the user brings a hand up to their ear and speaks to relay a message), most linkshell conversation you can't see the individual anyway... and it's bound to make people paranoid when they notice you're talking on private channels (Is he talking about me? Is my DPS subpar? Maybe all his LSmates are laughing at me!)

Anyway, even if just for /say and /shout, I feel this could be a minor change that gives a bit more life to the game. Makes all your characters look just a little bit more real.
