So we were on floor 21-30, and this PLD started pulling 2 entire rooms right from the start without a healer, obviously he died, the other 2 died as well, i survived cause i had titan-egi out and was still finishing the very first mob without touching the others.

I revived everyone and the PLD started blaming us, saying we had to follow him doing a speed run, and if we didnt want to, we had to kick him out. It was his way or nothing, he even threatened to go afk preventing us from going further until we kick him.

So we all became the bigger man and followed that little brat around, skipping every monsters and every chests just to do HIS speed run HE wanted.

Then at floor 29, i vote kicked him with consent of the other 2 players. That's what he asked for anyway.

Point of story, don't be a dick.

People can just close the game down after the boss is defeated and log back in a few minutes later. You can redo the floors and not screw over your team.

Almost every matched group I've been has this one hero that pretends he's soloing with occasional assistance of 3 AIs. He'll run and do his thing whether you're there or not. It's an amazing coincidence that most have the golden crown.

Sometimes there's two of them, so it's a whole run with the group split and wondering which hero will die first - and alone.

I don't even bother arguing anymore, I just silently follow the majority and hope it ends quickly.

But...your level directly effects silver chest boost chances(Aetherpool +number x2), why ever skip mobs unless you're already 60?


And why tf would the PLD pull 2 rooms on the first floor, why not just withdraw before entering? People are insufferable...

i got a few of those, yesterday it was a BLM on floor 49 right before boss, he was asking for a kick, the other two already used theirs earlier on someone else and couldnt vote a kick for 4 or 5 hours, i wanted to save mine so i told him to just leave and take his penalty, he refuses and wrote "idc, going afk until timer runs out, still faster than waiting 30 minutes", so eventually i used my kick, once he was gone the other dps left on his own, and me and the DRG duoed the boss, fortunately easy enough.

Some people rather failed the quest for everyone instead of taking their 30 minutes penalty, contacted a GM this morning and he told me it was against ToS to hold a party for a kick so i'm reporting the next one, hopefully there wont be any.

Because your level only affects your gear sync, not if you get an upgrade or not. I guess it's possible for both of them to affect it, but having your gear synced, or not being high enough level doesn't prevent you from getting an upgrade. It's best to skip all possible mobs imo.
