While rings and bracelets are usually hidden by other armor I was looking at earrings and wondering what everyone thought about gauges?

I would love to put some gauges on my character. Anyone have other accessories or what not they'd like. Now I can't stop thinking about putting gauges on my PC (Any chance the devs would/could add them?)
